Sailing Clubs / Yacht Clubs

Welcome!

I’d be happy to support a sailing club, association, racing group or yacht club. I am willing to buy advertising in a newsletter to help Black Swan reach her audience. Furthermore, my team has developed some content to help newsletter editors with short reviews, author interviews and similar content.

If there is a modest proposal that would allow me to support sailing and market Black Swan at the same time, please contact me. I don’t have the resources that Volvo and Lipton have for international race series, but there are other clever ways for us to work together.

I am a sailor, grew up sailing, and have loved sailing all of my life. My sailing experiences are wrapped around wonderful sailing clubs, yacht clubs and associations that I have been involved with. As a young teenager, I improved my sailing skills on the Charles River. Later, I sailed in Boston Harbor, even swimming at the outer islands. When I felt a bit isolated and far from the ocean, I taught sailing as a volunteer at a lovely community program in the Midwest. In Alaska, I tinkered around building a couple of small boats with a wooden boat group up there. I feel a debt to all sailing groups.
